Our Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Window:

Our return window is 10 days from the date your order is delivered. After 10 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

2. Condition of Items:

All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, smell any perfume or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
* Custom stitched items or personalized product.
* Have done alterations
* Sale or clearance items
* Product marked as final sale
* Gift cards

4. Return Process:

We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the item you want. We cannot guarantee that exchanged items will be available in stock.

6. Refunds:

Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. In case of damaged items, please note that we will need proof as a form of photo or video of that specific area.

8. Final Sales: All orders placed using discount codes, during promotional events, or on clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
